Schedule a Discovery Call
To properly assess your needs, we will be on call with you and ask you a simple set of questions. This will allow us to determine your needs, goals, and exactly how we can help your practice by getting to know you and your business better.
The discovery call is usually between 15 to 25 minutes.
Pricing
After your call, we assemble a custom quote designed for your practice. If the services outlined and the price meet your needs, sign and return the quote to us!
Protocol Call
This is where we start working together. The meeting lasts anywhere from 1 hour to 5 hours and covers your office processes and plan implementation. This is also the time you get to meet your dedicated account manager!
Implementation & Training
This is the point that our team becomes a part of your business practice! This step includes:
- Sharing access to your software with us
- Receiving training for any software you use that is unfamiliar to our team
- Training you on any new software being implemented
The Future
Your dedicated account manager will plan monthly meetings to discuss office health, goals, recommendations, and where to improve business procedure.
